Refund and Exchange Policy
To inquire about exchanging your tickets for another performance, please email boxoffice@walnuthillarts.org. Refunds are generally not available unless an event is cancelled or postponed.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Walnut Hill School for the Arts). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
